Which fragrances are the Scentric Eau de Parfum’s inspired by?

Are all your products vegan?
Not all of them no. We aim to make as much of our range vegan
friendly as possible. Here is a list of
our vegan friendly products:
- Hand & Body Care – all this range is vegan friendly
- Feel Good Candles – all this range is vegan friendly
- Male Grooming– the only product in this range that is NOT vegan friendly is our Beard & Moustache Wax as it contains beeswax
What does ‘Feel Good Candles’ mean?
We’ve called our scented candle range ‘Feel Good Candles’ because each time you purchase a candle, £1 is donated to a charitable cause. The find out more about out charity partners you can read about the amazing work they do by visiting their website which is detailed on each candle product listing, or, if you’ve purchased a candle, you can scan the QR code from the box.
Can I buy your products in bulk to sell in my own business?

How do I become a Scentric Star?
Our Scentric Star programme is ideal for those looking for a ‘side hustle’ or low maintenance small business of their own. If you have a desire to make some extra money and are passionate about fragrances and personal care products, that offer luxury at affordable prices – then our Scentric Star programme could be perfect for you.

Shipping
Do you ship outside of the UK?
Unfortunately, no we don’t. We are working on this and plan to ship worldwide as soon as we can, so please keep checking back with us!
When can I expect my order?
All orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt (Monday to Friday) and are shipped with DHL for next day delivery.
Why does my courier notification say my package is from Rothwell Enterprises Limited?
Scentric Fragrances is a brand owned and operated by Rothwell Enterprises Limited, which is our legal trading name. Don’t worry it’s us – just the legal bit of us!
My package hasn’t arrived yet – what do I do?
Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a notification from our courier. You then have full control of tracking your parcel. Please check that you have entered the correct delivery address and any instructions for leaving with a neighbour or in a safe place. If you have used our courier before, any previous parcels where you provided instructions if you would not be at home, can be defaulted in their system – so it’s always worth checking. In the first instance we ask that you contact them to locate your parcel, but please do get in touch with us immediately if we can help in any way to help locate your order.
What do I do with the packaging my order came in?
All the package we use for shipping orders is fully recyclable, so we strongly encourage our customers to recycle as much as possible. It is also all made from recycled material, but if you can reuse any of it, please do, as that’s even
better for our lovely planet!
Returns
What do I do if I need to return my order?
As our products are made to go on the skin, we are unable to accept returns of opened/used goods. If you have ordered an incorrect item by mistake, please contact us at hello@scentricfragrances.com and we will make the necessary arrangements for you.
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@scentricfragrances.com with full details of your complaint and we will be more than happy to assist you.
The courier has returned my order to you – what happens now?
If you have been unavailable and not directly rearranged your parcel delivery with our courier, they can sometimes return the parcel directly to us. Please contact us at hello@scentricfragrances.com to rearrange delivery at a convenient time for you. As we are a small, family-owned business we are unable to cover these additional costs so there will be small charge for the redelivery. We hope you understand.
